Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain securely attached.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized post office location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
